Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Plant Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations. The role will include oversight of the maintenance and environmental services program (housekeeping and laundry)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained, compliant with Life Safety Code (LSC) and OSHA regulations, and that maintenance schedules are followed.

  • Manage preventative maintenance program and conduct routine inspections throughout the facility.

  • Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and environmental services, ensuring the facility meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.

  • Coordinate and supervise cleaning projects, ensuring compliance with all cleanliness and safety standards.

  • Assist in emergency preparedness and disaster planning.

  • Oversee rented equipment and ensure proper use and maintenance.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Experience in long-term care facilities.

  • Familiarity with OSHA and Life Safety Code regulations.

  • Supervisory and management experience.

Rate: $21.10-$28.85/hour
