Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Plant Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations. The role will include oversight of the maintenance and environmental services program (housekeeping and laundry)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the facility is well-maintained, compliant with Life Safety Code (LSC) and OSHA regulations, and that maintenance schedules are followed.
Manage preventative maintenance program and conduct routine inspections throughout the facility.
Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and environmental services, ensuring the facility meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Coordinate and supervise cleaning projects, ensuring compliance with all cleanliness and safety standards.
Assist in emergency preparedness and disaster planning.
Oversee rented equipment and ensure proper use and maintenance.
Qualification and Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience in long-term care facilities.
Familiarity with OSHA and Life Safety Code regulations.
Supervisory and management experience.
Rate: $21.10-$28.85/hour
