Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Pennsylvania.
Solid understanding of risk assessment and insurance policy structures.
Strong organizational habits and comfort with administrative tasks.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport with community members.
Proficiency in common office software and insurance management systems.
