Due to growth, we are looking to add a Superintendent to our Midland team. In this role, you will be accountable for full-site execution on complex, high-visibility, or multi-phase projects. You will drive all aspects of field performance, including schedule planning, subcontractor accountability, manpower coordination, safety enforcement, and quality control, while mentoring and developing the next generation of field leaders. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can collaborate with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and values.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead full-site execution and oversee all subcontractor and vendor coordination across multiple trades
  • Drive jobsite safety through audits, inspections, proactive risk mitigation, and compliance with all safety requirements
  • Manage project closeout activities in full alignment with contract documents and operational standards
  • Review weekly labor reports and monthly job cost reports and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain budget objectives
  • Mitigate subcontractor change orders and back-charges while documenting impacts to project profitability
  • Lead the development and maintenance of CPM schedules, including baseline schedules, monthly updates and narratives
  • Mentor and develop Field Engineers and Assistant Superintendents while supporting leadership growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS entries, weekly unit reports, two-week look-ahead schedules, and monthly schedule updates
  • Represent the company in client meetings, inspections, and critical field decisions
  • Resolve complex field challenges with professionalism, strategic thinking, and sound judgment
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Two or more years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractor performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
