Assist and develop agents to grow the Personal Lines book of business. The position will be responsible for all broker support functions on a daily basis. Responsibilities include: new and renewal account handling; rating of new and renewal business across multiple systems; preparation of quotes; handling of business at binding including inspection and invoicing; processing of change endorsements; communication with clients; ability to read policy language on quotes and policies; ability to coordinate and prioritize the day to provide excellent service; and attract new opportunities to help grow a book of business.
