Caregiver for Personal Care and Recovery Support
Job Description
We are looking for a highly dependable, trustworthy, and safety-oriented caregiver to provide full-time care
This is an opportunity for the right caregiver to make a meaningful difference in someone’s recovery and independence. The ideal candidate will understand that success may come through small steps each day and will be patient, encouraging, attentive, and committed to helping the client accomplish as much as they safely can for themselves.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a structured environment with established routines, expectations, and daily goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate, dependable, and consistent one-on-one care and companionship.
Assist with bathing, personal care, grooming, and other daily routines.
Provide support with mobility and safe movement throughout the home.
Assist the client with daily exercises and activities designed to support their recovery and independence, following the established care plan and instructions
Encourage the client to participate in tasks independently whenever it is safe and appropriate.
Provide transportation to appointments, activities, errands, and other necessary outings.
Maintain a safe environment and recognize potential fall and safety risks.
Follow a structured daily schedule and established care routines.
Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement as the client works toward personal goals.
Communicate observations, concerns, progress, and changes in the client's condition to the appropriate family member and/or care team.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for the client's dignity and independence.
Be willing to work consistently and reliably as scheduled.

Possesses a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Comfortable working independently while communicating effectively with the family and care team

Safety and Reliability is extremely important in this position. The client and family are depending on the caregiver to be present, prepared, and consistent.
