Job Description

Job Description
Ready for a Hands-On Challenge?

Do you thrive in motion? Can you steer a forklift or order picker with precision—even when the racks climb to around 25 feet? Are you the kind of person who can scan, sort, and store with accuracy while keeping safety front and center? If so, this role puts you at the heart of a fast-paced operation moving tires and auto parts where they need to go—safely and on time.

Your Mission
  • Operate industrial equipment (forklifts and order pickers) to load, unload, and stock tires and automotive components.
  • Leverage handheld scanners to find, place, and track inventory, supporting inventory control efforts.
  • Lift 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 80 lbs occasionally; for commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical aids.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert up to 40 lbs of pushing force as needed.
  • Stay on your feet for extended periods and be available for overtime when business demands it.
  • Champion a safety-first culture by following all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Support adjacent teams—eCommerce, inventory, and will call—based on shifting priorities.
What You Bring
  • Comfort operating at height on racking that reaches approximately 25 feet, with strict adherence to safe operating practices.
  • Visual, auditory, physical, and mental capability to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Safety Gear & Work Setting

PPE: Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self-retracting lifeline). U.S. AutoForce provides all required equipment except the steel/composite toe boots. Follow all manufacturer and company PPE guidelines.

Environment: Expect moderate noise and exposure to prevailing weather conditions; fumes related to tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants may be present.

Pay & Perks
  • Starting at $21/hr with weekly pay
  • Healthcare benefits on your first day
  • 401(k) with generous employer contribution and match
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Work boot reimbursement program
  • On-the-job training and skill development
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Employee discount programs
