We are currently looking for a Manager of Client Experience. In this role, you can expect to:

  • Project orchestration: Work closely with team members across the agency to guide client projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget and meet client’s goals
  • Relationship management: Act as a liaison between client and team, ensuring stakeholders feel heard and have clear expectations about what’s coming and their role in next steps
  • Process excellence: Own and manage the project workflow for assigned client projects, proactively maintaining status information, next steps, actions, responsibilities, blockers, recaps and follow-ups
  • Operational accountability: Manage all financials related to assigned clients, including billing, forecasting, tracking budgets and scoping
  • Creative thinking: Approach each task with a solutions-orientation. In appropriate situations, help identify creative ways to flex and adapt the process or our approach to a client challenge to best meet their organizational culture and needs
  • Deliverable contribution: Contribute to the content and direction of client work, helping to build upon ideas and direction regardless of the task or assignment

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 3-6 years of experience in account management, project management, and/or strategy, preferably in an advertising firm/agency

  • Wants to work in a complex, cross-functional and collaborative ecosystem

  • Loves to dive in to create structure and definition for new and emerging workflows

  • Has excellent attention to detail, across a variety of projects and timelines

  • Is a problem-solver, proactive, forward-thinking and resourceful

  • Is adaptable, has a can-do attitude and is quick to take ownership

  • Thrives in a fun, fast-paced, get shit done culture

  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary range: $66,000 - $77,000
