We provide delicious, high-quality freezer meals to families across Utah, Idaho, and Arizona while creating a positive, team-focused workplace for our employees.About the RoleAs a Dishwashing Team Member, you'll help keep our kitchen clean, safe, organized, and running efficiently. You'll be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and food prep equipment while following food safety and sanitation standards.What You'll DoWash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.Safely operate dishwashing equipment and follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures.Maintain clean dish areas, sinks, floors, workspaces, and storage areas.Properly sort and dispose of waste to prevent odors, overflow, and pest issues.Follow Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements and all food safety and sanitation standards.Properly use, label, and store cleaning chemicals.Follow hygiene and PPE requirements, including hairnets, smocks, and gloves.Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and other support tasks as needed.Report equipment issues, sanitation concerns, and safety hazards to management.Work closely with team members to meet daily dishwashing and sanitation needs.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForFood industry, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to follow directions, procedures, and food safety standards.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and workflows.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements.Reach and work with materials at various heights, including overhead.Wear required PPE and SQF-related equipment.Safely lift, carry, and move 15–60 pounds.Why Join Beehive Meals?Competitive payConsistent Monday–Friday scheduleNo evenings or weekendsPositive, team-focused work environmentOpportunities for growthEmployee discounts on Beehive Meals productsIf you're dependable, hardworking, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, we'd love to hear from you.
