Main Line Risk Management is seeking an experienced, Licensed Customer Service Representative. We're a small team, which means your work matters. You'll be a primary point of contact for a book of personal lines clients, handling their day-to-day service needs while proactively helping them maintain the right coverage as their lives change, with opportunities to assist on select small commercial accounts as you become comfortable with the role.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client requests by phone, email, and text, including policy changes, ID cards, billing questions, coverage questions, mortgagee changes, and other service needs
- Process endorsements for personal auto, home, umbrella, valuables, and related policies
- Review renewals and proactively identify coverage concerns, missing discounts, and opportunities to better protect clients
- Help clients understand premium increases, deductibles, coverage options, and carrier requirements in plain language
- Remarket accounts when appropriate using carrier portals and comparative rating systems
- Prepare and present renewal options and help clients make informed coverage decisions
- Issue certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, and auto ID cards
- Maintain accurate notes, activities, and documentation in Applied Epic
- Work directly with carrier underwriters and representatives to resolve eligibility questions, underwriting requirements, and account issues
- Identify opportunities for additional coverage and refer appropriate sales opportunities to the agency's producers
- Provide occasional support with new-business quoting and select small commercial accounts
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
- 1+ years of insurance experience with an independent agency, brokerage, or insurance carrier
- Solid working knowledge of personal lines insurance, particularly auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverage
- Experience working in an agency management system; Applied Epic experience is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
- Able to manage multiple client needs and deadlines without needing constant direction
- Comfortable learning new technology, carrier systems, and workflows
- Experience with small commercial insurance such as BOP, general liability, workers' compensation, or commercial auto is a plus, but not required.
