What You’ll Be Doing

As a dishwasher, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen stays clean, organized, and ready to serve our guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Wash and Sanitize: Clean all pots, pans, dishes, and silverware by hand or using an industrial dishwasher. - Organize Station: Stack and store clean items in their proper spots so the kitchen and service teams can work efficiently. - Keep the Kitchen Clean: Empty trash cans, break down cardboard boxes, and sweep or mop floors to maintain a tidy workspace. - Support the Kitchen Team: Assist with basic food prep tasks or unloading food deliveries when needed. - Follow Safety Rules: Adhere to health codes, use proper chemical dilutions, and wear slip-resistant shoes for safety.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just looking for someone to wash dishes—we’re looking for a team player who takes pride in their work and contributes to a positive kitchen environment. Here’s what we need from you: - Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, bend down frequently, and lift up to 30–40 pounds. - No Experience Needed: We’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude and work ethic! - Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
