Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour, with increases based on experience

Job Type: Full-time and part-time

About Us

Sloopy's Diner is a classic campus diner right at the heart of Ohio State University in Columbus. We serve students, staff, and visitors all day long, and we're looking to add people to every part of our team.

We're hiring for all positions, including:

• Kitchen team members / line cooks
• Prep cooks
• Servers
• Cashiers
• Hosts
• Food runners and dining room support
• Dishwashers / utility

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve food to our quality and safety standards
• Greet and serve guests with warmth and speed during high-volume rushes
• Keep your station, equipment, and dining areas clean and stocked
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support teammates across stations as the shift demands

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn — no experience required, we'll train you
• Reliability and on-time attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be at least 16 years old
