You'll take ownership of the P&L from day one, develop the ecommerce infrastructure and strategy, and build a scalable DTC operation around an existing audience and portfolio of consumer brands. Job Summary:
  • Ecommerce Store: Lead the Shopify rebuild, site optimization, ongoing CRO, and product page strategy.

  • Strategic knowledge of paid media, including creative briefing, testing frameworks, channel strategy, and performance analysis. This is not a hands-on media buying role.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, email/SMS lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention strategy.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and building processes, strategies, and infrastructure where little currently exists.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Experience working with brands connected to music, entertainment, nightlife, live events, subcultures, fandoms, or community-driven audiences.
