Sleep. Invoice Beer. Repeat: As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and general accounting duties. This involves handling confidential information, managing reports, and resolving discrepancies. This position requires a strong understanding of financial information and will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.A Day in the LifeManage billback processValidate End of Day process and complete Month End tasksProvide support for questions tied to invoices from customer and suppliersProcess EFT paymentsRequirementsBachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field requiredOne or more years' experience in Accounting/Finance preferred18 years of age or older Strong financial acumen including an understanding of financial informationStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookStrong analytical skills and numeric abilityAbility to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professionalA demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectivelySense of urgency and attention to detail while working within deadlinesMust possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalismSelf-starter with a high productivity levelLike a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933.
