Registered Nurse (RN) Nights

Responsibilities:Patient Care: Oversee comprehensive care plans for residents, ensuring high-quality treatment.Assessment and Monitoring: Regularly assess residents' health status, monitor changes, and adjust care plans as needed.Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Supervision: Lead and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care standards.Collaboration: Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care strategies.Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of care, medications, and residents' conditions.Education and Support: Provide guidance and health education to residents and their families.Qualifications:Active RN license in the applicable state.Strong clinical assessment skills.Ability to lead and collaborate within a healthcare team.Prior nursing home experience is often preferred.
