Front Counter Worker

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
• Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Basic cash handling and POS experience is a plus
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
