Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Physician (MD/DO) or Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our functional medicine practice. This role focuses on root-cause, integrative, and personalized care to support long-term patient wellness and disease prevention.The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic, evidence-based medicine, values patient education, and is comfortable developing individualized treatment plans that integrate lifestyle, nutrition, and advanced diagnostics.This is an excellent opportunity for providers who are passionate about holistic, evidence-based medicine and value longer patient visits, education, and comprehensive treatment planning.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations using a functional medicine approachIdentify and address root causes of chronic illness and dysfunctionDevelop individualized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, and medical therapiesOrder, interpret, and integrate advanced and conventional diagnostic testingEducate patients on disease prevention, wellness optimization, and sustainable health strategiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams as neededMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentationQualifications – RequiredMD/DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician AssistantActive state license (or ability to obtain) for assigned location(s)Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO); active national certification (NP/PA)Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skillsQualifications – Preferred Training or experience in functional, integrative, or lifestyle medicineExperience managing chronic conditions such as metabolic disorders, hormonal imbalance, autoimmune conditions, or gastrointestinal dysfunctionInterest in longevity, preventative medicine, and wellness optimizationAbility to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary teamMultiple Locations Available Ocala, FLSan Francisco, CASacramento, CADavis, CASanta Rosa, CADallas, TXPhoenix, AZ
