Position Summary:This position is unique you will work a block shift EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, 40 hrs. This is shift promotes work-life harmony while delivering essential support services. Work part- time or just supplement your income with consolidated days throughout the month.As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll have the unique opportunity to make a real difference - supporting individuals in a therapeutic home environment while advancing your career. You'll play a key role in helping individuals build independence, engage in community life, and maintain a safe and respectful home. You will also work closely with our team to ensure documentation, care plans, and behavior support strategies are properly implemented.
