Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Insulation/Weatherization Installers for projects located in or around Eagle, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate starts at $20/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install insulation in attics, wall cavities, and knee walls to weatherization program standards
- Perform air sealing and related weatherization measures
- Follow jobsite safety and quality documentation standards
Requirements:
- Prior insulation, weatherization, or general construction experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
