Position Overview
A premier family-centered pediatric therapy organization is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team. - On-Site Operational Support: Collaborates alongside practicum students, floor support managers, and a reception team to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
- Hiring & Training Infrastructure: A dedicated recruiting team manages the onboarding and initial training of new Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring your direct care team is confident from day one.

Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive, evidence-based ABA treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and regular progress evaluations.
- Provide high-quality clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster a supportive, family-centered therapy environment.
- Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation in compliance with company and insurance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education, Licenses & Certifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (Required).
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required).
Competencies & Experience
- Strong clinical foundational knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and caregiver training skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Travel: Ability to travel occasionally to client homes or regional clinic locations as required by caseload.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not supported for this position. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
Financial & Schedule Flexibility
- Base Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year (Depending on experience).
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus structure yielding up to $8,000 additional per year.
