Rolling Hills Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about providing excellent resident care while driving facility operations and team success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements

• Lead, support, and develop department heads and facility staff

• Monitor quality of care and resident satisfaction

• Manage facility operations, staffing, budgets, and performance goals

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community

• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture

• Drive census growth and overall facility performance

Qualifications:

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to quality resident care and employee engagement
