• Pull and organize materials needed for daily job assignments
• Load, transport, and deliver materials to job sites
• Travel with crew members to various local job locations
• Assist with general construction tasks and on-site duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow direction from supervisors and skilled trades workers

• Construction or labor experience preferred (but willing to train)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
