Position Details
- Full-time, year-round position
- Start date: August 2026
- Early Head Start Teacher (Birth–3)
- Create nurturing, responsive relationships with infants, toddlers, and families.
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
- Provide high-quality daily care while supporting each child's developmental milestones.
- Observe children's progress and individualize learning experiences.
- Partner with families through open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom that meets licensing and Early Head Start standards.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in an early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of infant and toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- PA clearances and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A warm, dependable educator who is passionate about helping children and families thrive.
