Pre-Construction Associate

We're seeking a detail-oriented Preconstruction Associate to support our estimating team and help ensure project data, takeoffs, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. Primary Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Estimating & Bid SupportReview project plans, specifications, and scope requirements.Create quantity takeoffs for pursuit and bidding activities.Support estimators during bid preparation and submission.Process takeoffs related to bulletins, field orders, and change requests.Project Documentation & TrackingMaintain project documentation in accordance with company standards.Monitor bid activity, communications, and project metrics.Manage historical project tracking information and reporting.Prepare awarded projects for handoff to Operations.Preconstruction SupportPartner with estimating, engineering, and VDC teams throughout the preconstruction process.Assist Design team with model setup, and related activities.Support process improvement efforts and departmental initiatives.Provide document markup assistance and other support functions as needed.
