- Drive daily output by leading teams across assembly, test, and pack-out
- Confirm every build follows assembly instructions, parts lists, and correct tooling/materials
- Validate that finished units meet specifications and required codes per Work Instructions
- Partner with other departments to keep priorities synchronized
- Set production goals and consistently meet them
- Triage and resolve assembly issues; escalate for additional resources as needed
- Track performance and report production results to site leadership
- Hire, train, and cross-train to create a flexible workforce
- Champion a safe, clean, 5S-aligned workplace
- Identify and document quality and efficiency improvements
- Pitch in across work areas during absences or staff shortages
- Organizational excellence and strong attention to detail
- Inclusive team leadership; effective with diverse groups
- Decisive problem-solver with sound judgment
- Hands-on experience introducing process improvements
- Calm under tight deadlines; consistently professional
- Minimum 3 years in production operations/processes (LEAN, 5S, Process Improvement)
- Prior supervisory or lead responsibility
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
You will coordinate with maintenance to keep machines running smoothly, work cross-functionally with other departments to remove blockers, and keep leadership informed with timely production metrics. Most importantly, you will ensure that products meet specifications and customer expectations—every shift, every line.
