We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper / Property Porter to help keep our apartment community clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property and grounds daily
  
  
• Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the community
  
  
• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean
  
  
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles as needed
  
  
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues
  
  
• Help keep the property looking clean and presentable at all times
  
  
• Assist with other basic property upkeep as needed
  
  

This is NOT a landscaping position. The primary responsibility is keeping the property clean and ensuring issues noticed while walking the grounds are reported promptly.

Requirements

• Reliable and able to work independently
  
  
• Hardworking and attentive to detail
  
  
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking the property throughout the day
  
  
• Able to lift and handle bags of trash and other reasonable items
  
  
• Takes pride in keeping a property clean and orderly
