Full-Time Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Jersey City, NJ

Alaris Health Dialysis is seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient dialysis team in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatments.

• Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis and monitor their response to treatment.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.

• Provide patient education regarding dialysis treatment, medications, access care, diet, and overall health management.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.

• Accurately complete nursing assessments and treatment documentation.

• Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and dialysis-related emergencies.

• Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.

• Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinical environment.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Dialysis nursing experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

• Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent patient care
