Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant / Partner (Bilingual / Spanish)

We're hiring a part-time Loan Officer Partner to support a top-producing Loan Officer at American Dream Home Mortgage. You'll handle the day-to-day loan support tasks — collecting and reviewing documentation, preparing files for processing, and nurturing client relationships — so our Loan Officer can focus on growing the business.

This is a true partnership. You must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. You'll communicate with clients and referral partners in both English and Spanish, keeping everyone informed and every file on track.

$18 - $20 hourly

• Nurture existing relationships with referral partners and borrowers — keeping communication warm and consistent in both English and Spanish

• Collect and review required documentation from borrowers, including income, asset, and credit documentation

• Run payments and ensure all fees and charges are accurately recorded

• Prepare loan files for processing — ensuring all documents are complete and organized

• Answer questions from customers, referral partners, and team members regarding transactions and status updates

• Serve as a point of contact during the loan process, coordinating follow-up items and keeping files moving forward

• Maintain a collaborative, team-first approach — communicate proactively and support your teammates

• Bilingual in Spanish and English — fluent in both written and verbal communication (required)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills — comfortable interacting with clients, referral partners, and team members

• Self-starter who can work independently while staying connected to the team

• Comfortable learning new systems and processes — no prior mortgage experience required for the right candidate

• Valid NMLS license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire

• Must demonstrate a collaborative, team-first mindset — culture fit is essential
