Medical Front Office / Medical Receptionist
LOCATION
Dallas, TX 75254 | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Up to $25.00/hour (BOE )
• Approximately 40 hours per week with flexibility to work shifts between approximately 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM Monday–Friday, plus Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled; Must be available to work on the weekend!!

ROLE IMPACT
Support a high-volume family medicine practice serving approximately 80 patients per day. This front-office, non-clinical role helps create an efficient patient experience through accurate check-in and check-out, responsive phone support, appointment scheduling, and coordination with the clinical team. Success requires strong patient service, multitasking, and the flexibility to rotate across front-office functions in a fast-moving healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out, registration, demographic updates, and front-desk documentation
• Answer and route incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and rotate phone responsibilities with the front-office team
• Collect and update patient information while maintaining accurate and organized records; the practice system handles the insurance verification component
• Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff in a busy family medicine practice with on-site X-ray and laboratory capabilities
• Maintain a professional, organized reception area while providing responsive patient service throughout the day
