We are actively seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join a well-established and growing wealth management organization serving clients throughout the Bay Area. What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to inquiries and coordinating service requests.
  • Manage advisor calendars and assist with scheduling meetings, reviews, and client appointments.
  • Prepare documentation and materials needed for client meetings and account reviews.
  • Facilitate new account establishment and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate account maintenance transactions and money movement requests while following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate client records and database information within CRM systems.
  • Partner closely with advisors and team members to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with front office responsibilities and provide reception support when needed.
  • Help coordinate client appreciation events, educational workshops, and company activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance service quality and team effectiveness.
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience directly supporting financial advisors.
  • A proactive, service-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort with AI tools
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with financial services technology platforms, including custodial systems, CRM tools, financial planning software, and electronic signature applications is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
