What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy for families
  
  
• Create and implement treatment plans and maintain timely documentation
  
  
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality client care
  
  
• Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full-time)
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
  
  
• Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  
  
• Experience working with families
  
  
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  
  
• Comfort working with diverse populations
  
  

Preferred

• Supervision experience
  
  
• Bilingual skills or specialized certifications
