ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and evaluating the overall nursing services and operations of the facility
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Monitor and maintain quality care standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports

Current RN Registered Nurse license in New York State
