The Preschool of the Arts is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Teacher in our 2.5-year-old classroom. If you have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing environment for their growth and development, we would love to hear from you.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Provide support in diapering and/or potty training
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for toddlers
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
• Communicate professionally with parents
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met
• Maintain personal professional development plan
• Clean and sanitize classroom as needed

• Genuine love for children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting
• A strong understanding of child development
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening

• Prior Center/childcare Experience
• Classroom management techniques
