Aston Health is Hiring: Regional Field Analyst (Business Office Support)
Territory: Central Florida
Full-time | Travel Required

Only candidates with current or recent experience as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Care Facility, or Nursing Home will be considered.

We are seeking a skilled, experienced Business Office leader from the SNF or LTC space to join our team in a regional support role. This position is ideal for a strong BOM ready to transition into multi-site training, oversight, and hands-on AR improvement.

• Debary

• Winter Graden

• Bushnell

• Eustis

• Haines City

• Lakeland

• DeLand

• Longwood

Responsibilities:

• Train and support Business Office Managers on:

  • Billing, census, admissions, AR, and private collections

  • Month-end close processes

  • Resident Trust oversight

• Audit and troubleshoot billing and collection workflows at assigned facilities

• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, VA, and other payer guidelines

• Identify process gaps, recommend best practices, and report findings to corporate

• Serve as interim BOM during transitions or vacancies

• Maintain compliance with Aston Health policies and state/federal billing regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as a Business Office Manager in a SNF, LTC facility, or Nursing Home (required)

• At least 2 years of multi-facility AR oversight experience

• Proficiency in PointClickCare (preferred)

• Experience with Medicaid application and billing (Florida knowledge is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of all payer sources: Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, VA, Hospice

• Advanced Excel and reporting skills

• Willing and able to travel regularly throughout assigned region
