What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant at West Michigan Cardiology, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive top-notch care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physicians and healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
• Preparing patients for exams by recording their medical histories, vital signs, and other essential information.
• Managing and maintaining medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensuring exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as working out of the in basket and answering patient inquiries.
• Promoting a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assist with nuclear and exercise stress testing.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
• A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.
• A passion for providing compassionate care to patients.
• Epic experience is preferred.
• Pay is based on experience.
• CNA, RMA or CMA is preferred but not required.
• Hiring for both full-time and part-time.
