Important Requirement:

Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience working in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Facility.
Experience in home health care alone does not meet the requirements for this role. Our care aides typically support an average of 12–15 residents, so familiarity with the pace and responsibilities of a licensed care facility is essential to succeed in this position.

About the Role:

As a Care Aide, you are a vital part of our residents’ daily lives. You’ll provide respectful, personalized care while ensuring that physical, emotional, and safety needs are consistently met. Every task you complete contributes directly to the comfort and dignity of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, etc.)

  • Assist with mobility and use of adaptive equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, hearing aids, etc.)

  • Support residents during meals by serving, feeding assistance, and ensuring dignity

  • Observe and document changes in residents’ condition, reporting concerns promptly

  • Follow individualized care/service plans, respecting residents’ choices and independence

  • Maintain accurate documentation per facility protocols

  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team and leadership to ensure consistent quality care

  • Other duties as assigned to support overall resident well-being

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility (Required)

  • Applicants with only home health care experience will not be considered

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Respectful of residents’ rights, privacy, and personal dignity

  • Ability to follow routines, respond to change, and maintain professionalism in all situations

Education & Certification:
  • High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs

  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 80–90% of the shift

  • Requires bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, stretching, and typing

  • Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities

This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to truly make a difference in the lives of others. If you are experienced, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent care in a fast-paced team environment, we invite you to apply today.
