Barex
Atlanta, GA, US
Full Time
56000USD - 75000USD per year
Job Description
Job Description
Entry-Level Management | Base Salary + Commission
Barex of Atlanta – Sandy Springs, GA
Full-Time | In Person
Build Your Career in Restoration Sales and Management
Barex of Atlanta is looking for a motivated restoration professional ready to take the next step into project management and sales.
This is a hybrid position combining mitigation production, project management, customer sales, and crew leadership. You will help inspect and sell restoration projects, oversee the work being performed, communicate with customers, and ensure each job is properly completed and documented.
You do not need to be equally experienced in every part of the position. If you have strong mitigation knowledge but need sales training—or you’re a strong salesperson who needs more production experience—we’re willing to develop the right person.
This is an entry-level management opportunity, but it is not an entry-level restoration position. We’re looking for someone with industry experience, natural leadership ability, and the drive to build a high-earning career.
Compensation and Benefits
We understand that the best candidates may not have mastered both sides of this position yet.
You may be an experienced mitigation professional who wants to learn how to inspect, estimate, and sell projects. You may also be a talented salesperson or construction professional who needs more training in restoration production.
Either background can work. What matters most is that you can communicate, take ownership, learn quickly, and develop into someone who can both close the job and make sure it gets produced correctly.
A High-Earning Path for the Right Person
Barex of Atlanta is growing, and we want people who want to grow with us. This position is designed for someone who wants more responsibility and earning potential—not someone looking to remain in the same hourly role indefinitely.
You’ll begin by learning our field operations and project standards. As you demonstrate your ability to manage projects and close sales, you’ll have the opportunity to earn additional commission and advance into a larger sales or management position.
If you’re hungry, competitive, good with people, and ready to build a career in restoration leadership, we’d like to meet you.
