We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio. About the Role:
As our newly appointed Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our facility. Your proven leadership skills and successful track record in the skilled nursing industry will be essential in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, managing quality metrics, staffing recruitment and retention, and fiscal operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversight and management of daily operations
• Maintenance of compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversight and assistance in management of quality metrics
• Oversight and management of staffing recruitment and retention
• Management of fiscal operations as they relate to facility budget
• Census development and maintenance
• Management of quality/customer service
• Team building
Requirements:
• Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License required
• At least three (2) years prior experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Strong background in fiscal management, ability to oversee day-to-day facility operations, knowledge of both state and federal regulations, aggressive management of census, and a proven track record in team building

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• After hours/weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
• Prior to start, you will need to relocate to Sidney, OH or surrounding counties
Work Location:
• In-person work at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio
