Position: Director of Social Services
Location: Brandon, FL
Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually

Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Social Services to lead our social services department and support the emotional, social, and overall well-being of our residents.

• Oversee the Social Services Department and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Complete resident and family assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Coordinate discharge planning, referrals, and community resources.

• Advocate for residents and provide support to residents and families.

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams.

• Lead, train, and mentor social services staff.

• Participate in surveys, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field required; MSW preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of SNF/social services experience.

• Leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
