Lead Toddler Teacher

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about working with toddlers and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

• Provide a loving, supportive, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Follow all NJ childcare licensing regulations, school policies, and health and safety procedures
• Maintain active supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Communicate professionally and effectively with families and team members
• Complete daily documentation and classroom responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with administration and other teaching staff

• Must be dependable, patient, nurturing, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Must meet all applicable NJ childcare employment requirements

• Previous experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting preferred
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus
