Partner with the DON to oversee daily clinical operations
Lead, coach, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident care
Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in resident condition
Promote excellent resident outcomes and accurate care planning
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and facility regulations
Support QAPI initiatives and survey readiness
Help maintain strong clinical standards and identify opportunities for improvement
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Serve as a trusted clinical leader and resource for the nursing team
Active RN license in good standing
2–3 years of long-term care experience
At least 1 year of nursing supervisory, management, or leadership experience
Infection Prevention (IP) certification required
Strong understanding of CMS and state regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
EMR experience/proficiency
Current CPR/BLS certification
