Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options and financing solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and dealership CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and dealership performance objectives.
- Maintain current knowledge of Nissan products, features, incentives, and competitive vehicles.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with management, finance, and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership in a positive manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Sales Experience required; BDC experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to learn and effectively present product knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
