Responsibilities
Provide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor residents’ health and safety by observing patient conditions and reporting changes promptly
Assist with medication administration following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations- We do train caregivers as Medication Technicians.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, vital signs, and incident reports in compliance with healthcare standards

Work Location: In person
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
A current Arizona Caregiver Certificate
Ability to obtain CPR First Aid Certification
Current negative TB test
Must have a fingerprint clearance card
Participates in all assigned meetings, training, education and in-service as required
