Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at the Heartsworth Center Nursing in Vinita, Oklahoma. As a key member of our facility's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality and efficient environmental services to our patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the environmental services department, including but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, and trash disposal.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any cleanliness or sanitation issues.
Provide guidance, training, and feedback to environmental services staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions to patient care.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to environmental services, including but not limited to cleaning schedules, inventory management, and quality control initiatives.
Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care.
