Job Description
Top 100 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in their Orlando office.
Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years of real estate law experience. Qualified candidate must have commensurate experience in real estate and financing transactions involving properties such as office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc. The candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements, among others. Strong writing and communication skills are required. The candidate must be comfortable with direct interaction with both partners and clients and have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing, and collaborative environment. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
