Responsibilities

Listen to people's goals and concerns to help them find the right insurance coverage for their life.

Explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy to understand and helpful.

Manage your daily schedule to ensure every client gets the attention and follow-up they deserve.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy details.

Work alongside the rest of the office to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure their protection levels still match their changing needs.


Requirements

Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Clear and professional communication skills.

Comfort using digital tools to manage client records.

A genuine interest in helping neighbors protect what matters most.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is helpful but not required.
