Non-CDL Driver

We’re looking for a dependable Truck Driver to haul recyclable paper materials across the Texas Panhandle using a gooseneck trailer. This position does not require a Class A CDL. All routes are within 4 hours, and drivers are home every night. We offer competitive pay, PTO, health insurance, and a supportive work environment. Pay varies based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport loads to assigned locations while following all traffic and safety regulations
• Load and unload materials using a forklift or manual handling
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and any incidents
• Communicate with dispatch and team members about schedules or issues
• Assist in the warehouse when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience driving trucks and handling gooseneck trailers
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift and roll bins up to 150 lbs

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening
