The Work:
Help individuals who've experienced homelessness build stability and independence.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Sound judgment and ability to remain calm during crises
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work across two nearby residential facilities

Principle Activities:

• Provide onsite support and oversight across REACH II and Crossroads II programs.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and help maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to client needs and crises using trauma-informed and de-escalation approaches.
• Support client autonomy, self-determination, and independent living.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Communicate with program staff and Division Directors to ensure continuity of care.
