Seoul Street Cafe in Boise, ID, is hiring a Front of House (FOH) team member to help us deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Whether you're a seasoned barista or eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a vital part of our team, you’ll be the friendly face of Seoul Street Cafe. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers with a warm smile and providing attentive service. - Taking orders accurately and efficiently. - Preparing boba drinks and other delicious beverages. - Packaging and serving food orders with care. - Keeping the dining, counter, and beverage areas clean and organized. - Restocking FOH supplies to keep things running smoothly. - Assisting the team during busy periods. - Following food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is: - Reliable and punctual, ready to show up and shine. - Friendly and approachable, with great customer interaction skills. - Efficient and calm under pressure, especially in a fast-paced setting. - Team-oriented, willing to collaborate and pitch in wherever needed. - Detail-oriented, with a focus on keeping the space clean and organized. - Available for weekday morning/daytime shifts (part-time) or interested in a full-time role.

While prior experience in restaurants, cashiering, barista work, or customer service is a plus, we’re happy to train the right person!

Compensation and Perks:

• Pay: $10–$14/hour, based on experience.
• Tips: Typically add an additional $3–$4/hour on average.
