FTK Hospitality is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior General Manager for a high-volume sports bar in the vibrant St. Louis market. This role offers the opportunity to lead a busy venue filled with energy, featuring DJs, live events, and a packed nightlife schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Own full P&L and manage day-to-day operations for a large-format, high-volume venue.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 40+ staff across front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and event operations.
- Event Execution: Drive the execution of DJ nights, live events, and promotional programming to enhance guest experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with ownership to enhance guest experience, optimize staffing, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven General Manager experience in a $4M+ revenue operation.
- Background in high-volume sports bar or nightlife-driven hospitality.
- Track record of successfully leading large teams (40+) in a fast-paced environment.
- Must currently reside in the St. Louis market.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends to accommodate the venue's busy hours.
