Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources professional to join our team at Onyx Care of Jena, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation in Jena, LA. As a key member of our organization, the Human Resources will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our compassionate staff and innovative technology. Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support to our on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant state and federal regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and departments to ensure a positive work environment and effective communication.
• Manage employee records, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate employee training programs, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Participate in open communication and be available to address employee concerns and issues in a professional and confidential manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
0 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Working Conditions:
